Tradescantia
Tradescantia is a genus of about 75 species of herbaceous perennial wildflowers native to the Americas, ranging from southern Canada through to northern Argentina. Known for their striking foliage featuring shades of purple, green, silver, and pink, as well as delicate three-petaled flowers, these plants have become exceptionally popular choices for indoor container gardening and hanging baskets. They are remarkably resilient, adapting well to a variety of indoor environments while providing a vibrant splash of color. Their trailing growth habit makes them ideal for shelves and elevated planters where their cascading vines can be fully appreciated.
