Chickweed

Chickweed is a widespread annual and winter annual plant native to Eurasia and naturalized throughout much of the world. It belongs to the Caryophyllaceae family and is commonly found in gardens, fields, and disturbed soils. Characterized by its low-growing, creeping habit, small white star-like flowers, and a distinct line of hairs running along the stem, chickweed thrives in cool, moist environments.
